First Steps

We chose to focus on a number of issues and investigate them in depth in order to derive needs and problems that arise from people who deal with the issues regularly. The topics we chose to explore are the relationship with food, sustainability and food waste, and food sanitation.

During the week we conducted 6 interviews with experts in the three different fields. On the subject of eating disorders and education - two clinical therapists and a kindergarten teacher, on the subject of sustainability and food waste - Dr. Asaf Tzachor from Reichman University, and on the subject of sanitation - two kitchen managers, one in a military kitchen and the other in a restaurant.
